22 York Street is a delightful 5 storey terraced guest house in Marylebone, central London. It is a short walk to the open, green space of The Regentís Park. Wander around the boating lake, visit Queen Maryís gardens and in the summer enjoy live music at the bandstand. Other local attractions include Oxford Street, Madame Tussauds, the Planetarium and Hyde Park. The guest house is close to Paddington Station, which has a regular service to Heathrow Airport. Use the Tube or the London buses to travel around the city. The nearest Underground station is Baker Street, less than a minuteís walk from York Street.
Accommodation consists of single, double and twin bedrooms. They are elegantly decorated and comfortably furnished, with their own private bathrooms. Many of the rooms benefit from wooden floors, natural light, French antiques and attractive quilts. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, TV and hairdryer. There is a comfortable lounge area with sofas and armchairs, where guests can make tea and coffee, relax with the newspaper or watch satellite TV. A continental breakfast is included in the room rate. It is usually a very social affair, with guests sitting around a large antique dining table, drinking coffee, eating croissants and discussing their previous nightís activities.
