London, and also has St Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London. In
this square mile you are likely to see young and not so young
professional men and women heading for the gym or a healthy lunch, as
fitness clubs and multicultural food continue to expand and thrive in
London.
From noon till 2pm there's a feeding frenzy in take-away specialists
such as Futures!, Fresh & Wild and Pure, or treat yourself to a
sit-down lunch at The Greenery or The Place Below.
For an altogether more relaxing experience on the quieter City
fringes, Rye Wholefoods has a peaceful cafd within their shop, whilst
Antimony Balance has added a juice bar in theirs.
Although St Paul's is free on Sundays during church services and the
district is pleasantly uncongested, be forewarned that all the
vegetarian restaurants are closed.
