The Athenaeum Hotel, Piccadilly, W1

Baglioni Hotel, Hyde Park Gate, SW7

Blakes Hotel, South Kensington, SW7

In the 1980s, in a pretty street in South Kensington, Anouska Hempel transformed two substantial Victorian mansions into a small luxurious boutique hotel by the name of Blakes.  It soon developed into a couture retreat to numerous A-list celebrities.
